Organizational Structure
Alabama PAC is a federal nonconnected political action committee registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC ID: C00952689). We accept and spend funds in connection with federal elections, subject to the limits and disclosure requirements of the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA).
Alabama PAC is managed by Cogent Consulting Group (MyCCGroup.com).
Civic education and 501(c)(4) social-welfare activity is conducted by our affiliated nonprofit, Alabama PAC Education Fund, Inc., a 501(c)(4) organized under the laws of the State of Alabama. The two entities are legally separate, with separate boards, finances, and reporting obligations.
Note: 501(c)(3) charitable organizations are prohibited from engaging in partisan political activity. Alabama PAC is not, and does not solicit contributions as, a 501(c)(3). Donations are not tax deductible.
Contribution Limits (2025–2026 cycle)
- Individuals: up to $5,000 per calendar year to Alabama PAC.
- Multicandidate PACs: up to $5,000 per calendar year.
- Corporate, union, federal contractor, and foreign-national contributions: prohibited.
- Contributions must be made from the contributor's own funds.

FEC Filings & Public Records
All contribution and expenditure reports are filed with the FEC on the quarterly schedule required for nonconnected PACs and are searchable at fec.gov.
Privacy
We collect contact and contribution information you provide to us. Contribution information above $200/cycle is reported to the FEC as required by law. We do not sell your information. We may share it with affiliated Democratic committees and campaigns. Contact compliance@alabamapac.org to request removal.
